What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be stuck on basic service calls. This is high-impact, senior-level work:
Diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial HVAC systems
Perform advanced troubleshooting on RTUs, chillers, and boilers
Execute preventative maintenance and system optimization
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control sequences
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Communicate directly with customers—you are the expert on-site
Maintain clear, accurate service documentation
Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
What Sets You Apart
We’re looking for professionals—not parts changers:
10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Deep expertise with RTUs, chillers, and boilers
Strong electrical and controls knowledge
Advanced troubleshooting mindset—you solve what others can’t
Ability to work independently in the field
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
