What You'll Do
As the Lead Installer, you'll oversee commercial and industrial HVAC installations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Lead commercial and industrial HVAC installation projects
• Install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment
• Install and braze copper piping systems
• Fabricate and install sheet metal components
• Perform high-voltage and low-voltage HVAC wiring
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
• Safely operate scissor lifts and aerial work platforms
• Work from ladders and elevated work areas as needed
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers
• Deliver projects that exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership experience managing installation crews
• Extensive copper brazing experience
• Sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC electrical wiring (high and low voltage)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Comfortable working at heights
• Experience operating scissor lifts and aerial lifts
• Ability to safely use extension ladders
• Personal hand tools required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• HVAC Trade School or Technical Certification
• Experience working on large commercial buildings and industrial facilities
