What You'll Do
As the Lead Installer, you'll oversee commercial and industrial HVAC installations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial and industrial HVAC installation projects
Install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment
Install and braze copper piping systems
Fabricate and install sheet metal components
Perform high-voltage and low-voltage HVAC wiring
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans
Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
Safely operate scissor lifts and aerial work platforms
Work from ladders and elevated work areas as needed
Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers
Deliver projects that exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
10+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience
Proven leadership experience managing installation crews
Extensive copper brazing experience
Sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
Experience with commercial HVAC electrical wiring (high and low voltage)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Comfortable working at heights
Experience operating scissor lifts and aerial lifts
Ability to safely use extension ladders
Personal hand tools required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
HVAC Trade School or Technical Certification
Experience working on large commercial buildings and industrial facilities
