Trillium Construction is seeking a Bilingual Safety Tech near Calvert, AL.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with conducting field safety training in both English and Spanish.
• Facilitate and support:
• Fall Protection (FW) training
• Aerial Work Platform (AWP) training
• Other required safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Perform routine field observations and safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coach employees on safe work practices and provide corrective guidance when needed.
• Document field observations, inspections, and training activities.
• Assist with incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure employees understand and follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain positive working relationships with field crews, supervisors, and management.

Pay rate is $38/hour plus Per Diem: $110 / day for days worked. Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week.
