Tradesmen International is actively hiring an experienced Safety Coordinator for a long-term renewable energy project in Big Spring, Texas. If you have a strong construction safety background and renewable energy experience, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Project Details
• Up to $50.00/hour (DOE)
• $100/day Per Diem
• 50–60 hours per week
• Project expected to run through October
• Opportunity to work on a large-scale renewable energy project
Responsibilities
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client-specific safety requirements.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, new hire orientations, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries while developing corrective action plans.
• Monitor and enforce proper PPE usage throughout the jobsite.
• Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and pre-task planning.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident logs, and training records.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills.
Qualifications
• Experience in wind, solar, or electrical substation construction is required.
• OSHA 510 Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and hazard recognition.
• Experience conducting site inspections, incident investigations, JHAs/AHAs, and employee safety training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
