P.E.M.B. Foreman – Pre-Engineered Metal Building Foreman

Pay: Up to $33/hr + $130/day Per Diem (for qualified travelers)

We're hiring an experienced P.E.M.B. Foreman to lead crews erecting pre-engineered metal buildings on commercial and industrial projects. If you have leadership experience and know metal building systems inside and out, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise PEMB erection crews
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Coordinate daily work activities and maintain production schedules
Install structural steel, roof and wall panels, trim, insulation, doors, and accessories
Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safe work practices
Coordinate materials, equipment, and project logistics
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and customers

Requirements:

5+ years of PEMB/metal building erection experience
Previous Foreman or Crew Lead experience
Strong blueprint reading skills
Knowledge of structural steel and metal building systems
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
