Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Heavy Civil Foreman in Florida!

Jobsite locations are throughout the state. Need to be based out of Florida.

Pay: $27-$30/hr
Per Diem: $50/Day + Hotel (If Qualified)
Hours: 50+ hrs/week
Duration: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operations from mobilization to demobilization
Monitor Production
Manage & supervise crews of operators, laborers, and subcontract workers
Coordinate equipment positioning
Troubleshoot field conditions
Working Foreman role
Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years of experience in civil/heavy construction with deep foundation work.
2+ years of experience as a foreman
Able to read foundation plans boring logs, drawings, and geotechnical reports
Knowledge of excavators, cranes, drill rigs, impact/vibration hammers.
Familiar with Florida soil
Must have valid Florida Drivers License
Must have OSHA 10 or higher
Able to pass pre employment screenings
