About the Role

CloudFactory is seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy Data Capture Technician to operate reality capture equipment (such as 360-degree cameras and surveying tools) on active construction sites.

If you love being on your feet, working outdoors, and using cool technology, this is a great opportunity. This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday).

What You'll Do

- Equipment Operation: Walk construction sites while operating 360° cameras and specialized surveying tools to capture comprehensive site data.

- Site Documentation: Accurately document and communicate the progress of the construction site to the project team.

- Safety First: Strictly follow all site-specific safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE at all times.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Project Team to adapt to changing site requirements.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

- Availability: Must be fully available 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 8–10 hour shifts.

- Physical Stamina: Comfort walking long distances outdoors on active, rugged construction sites in varying Texas weather conditions.

- Tech-Savy: Motivated and comfortable learning to use digital cameras, surveying tools, and basic software.

- Reliability: A strong work ethic, dependable transportation, and a commitment to high-quality data execution.

- Communication: Solid communication skills and a strict commitment to safety awareness.
