RampUp Labor is currently seeking Traveling Electrical Helpers for commercial and industrial projects across the region. We are looking for dependable candidates ready to hit the road and handle heavy jobsite support, including wire pulling, conduit bending, and assisting lead journeymen electricians.

Compensation & Travel Package:
Base Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)

Per Diem: $120.00 / day (for qualified traveling candidates)

Travel Pay: Mileage paid to and from project sites

Hours: 40+ hours/week (Overtime as needed)

Primary Duties:
Pulling wire, running cable, and installing cable tray systems.

Measuring, cutting, and bending conduit (EMT/Rigid) under supervision.

Staging tools, carrying materials, and general site prep/support ("grunt work").

Assisting electricians with rough-in, trim, and power distribution setups.

Maintaining clean and safe work areas.

Requirements:
1+ years of commercial or industrial electrical helper/apprentice experience.

Must be willing and able to travel out-of-region as needed.

Standard electrician hand tools and trade-appropriate PPE (steel toes, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis).

Reliable personal transportation.

Able to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding).
