NSC Staffing is now hiring an Electrical Foreman – Data Center Projects for our Travel Division. The project we are currently hiring for is in TRENTON, OH.

PAY: $35- 45/ hr DOE

PER DIEM: $120/ days worked

SCHEDULE: 58+ hrs/ week

This contractor supports projects in Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with 4+ years of supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects on schedule. Job Details:

Supervise electrical crews and daily job site activities.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
Monitor project schedules, quality, and productivity.
Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment.
Assist with material planning and project documentation using Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software.
Preferred:

Experience on data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and construction practices.
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:

4+ years experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial/ industrial, or data center projects.
Valid OSHA 30
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screen
