Traveling Electrical Foreman/Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead crews on heavy commercial and industrial projects across the country. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on the road and knows how to keep a crew productive, safe, and on schedule.

$42–$48/hr, based on experience
Overtime projects
Per diem $105–$130/day
Travel pay from site to site
Nationwide traveling role

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct electrical crews ranging from 5–20 electricians on active job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings to plan daily work
Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling to keep projects on track
Ensure all work meets code (NEC), quality standards, and site-specific requirements
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
Communicate progress, issues, and manpower needs to project management/GC
Train, mentor, and evaluate journeymen and apprentices in the field
Troubleshoot installation and system issues as they arise

Requirements

5+ years of electrical experience, including prior foreman/supervisory experience
Proven track record leading crews of 5–20 on heavy commercial or industrial sites
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial/industrial installation practices
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
Willingness and ability to travel to project sites nationwide
Valid driver's license; reliable transportation to sites
Strong communication and leadership skills
