Materials include I-beams, structural pipe, square tubing, plate steel, and carbon steel up to 1" thick

3G Welder: $28/hour
4G Welder (promotion opportunity): $30-$32/hour
Fabricator: $30-$32/hour
Per Diem: $150/day worked $75 for shorter qualifying shifts

3G Test:
AWS D1.1
Dual shield wire process
1" carbon steel plate
1/16" diameter wire
Candidate will bevel, tack, complete root pass, filler passes, and cap
Weld is bend-tested onsite
--Pay After Passing
Paid for 2 hours of weld test time
Eligible for 1 day per diem (if qualified)
