Trillium Construction is seeking a Safety Lead near El Paso, TX.

Key Responsibilities
Onsite safety efforts for the Prime Controls' customer site, as well as administration and execution of Prime Controls' ES&H Programs as contracted by scope.
Will report to Project Leadership and Prime Controls' Regional ES&H Department, but at the day�s end be responsible to the Corporate ES&H Manager.

Pay: $30+
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 40h+ / week
- May need to work half a day on Saturday at times.

Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification
-Needs to be an effective communicator. Will work closely with the general contractor, project managers & construction managers.
- Will need Microsoft office skills.
- Will need to be able to travel to Prime office and remote locations when needed.
- Minimum of 2 years� experience in construction field with minimum 1 year experience around critical infrastructure construction, preferably in a data center, low-voltage environment.
� Experience working with a large subcontractor force.
� Experience and ability in providing direct training to craft personnel, including corrective actions and routine "Tool-box" talks.
- Minimum OSHA 30 completed within the last three years.
� Minimum of 1 year experience directly in a Construction related Safety Role.
� Four-year degree in ES&H related field desired.
