Utility-Scale Solar Project | Hadar, Nebraska

 

Tradesmen International is currently seeking qualified Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join a utility-scale solar project in Hadar, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced electrical professionals seeking competitive compensation, consistent hours, and project work through October.

 

Position Overview

Location: Near Hadar, Nebraska 68738

Compensation: Up to $60.38/hour + $100/day per diem

Schedule: 50–58 hours per week

Project Duration: Through October

 

Key Responsibilities

Journeyman Electricians will support electrical installation activities throughout the solar project, including:

• Inverter terminations
• DC cable installation
• Wire management
• Underground PVC installation
• Switchgear work
• General solar installation and related electrical tasks as required

 

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess an active Journeyman Electrician card/license issued by Nebraska or one of the following states:

AK | AR | CO | IA | ID | MN | MT | NM | ND | OK | TX

Qualified candidates should have relevant commercial, industrial, or utility-scale electrical experience and be prepared to work within a fast-paced construction environment.

 

Project Hire-On Bonus

Eligible candidates receive $1,500 bonus.
