Trillium Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager near Lincoln, NE for an onsite temp to hire position at an active construction site. 

Key Responsibilities
•  Assist the Site Manager with daily administrative tasks and scheduling 
•  Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence 
•  Organize and file permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs 
•  Manage incoming/outgoing email communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients 
•  Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•  Create, edit, and manage PDFs using Adobe Acrobat (redlines, markups, forms) 
•  Track and maintain project files, drawings, and specifications 
•  Assist with timekeeping, purchase orders, and invoice tracking 
•  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and personnel information 
•  Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Site Manager

Pay: Up to $44
Per Diem (if eligible): $178 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
• Prior onsite industry experience is required. 
•  Prior experience in construction administration or a construction office environment required 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
•  Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing tools 
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette 
•  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced job site environment 
•  High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree a plus
