What Youll Be Doing

* Safely guide traffic through active work zones using flags, signs, and clear hand signals
* Communicate lane closures, detours, and route changes to drivers
* Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and flagging stations
* Stay alert and identify potential safety risks before they become problems
* Coordinate with other flaggers and crew members to keep traffic flowing smoothly
* Follow traffic control standards and safety regulations at all times
* Assist with basic site setup, maintenance, and cleanup

What Were Looking For

* Experience in traffic control or flagging is a plus but well train the right person
* Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
* Comfortable lifting and moving equipment
* Clear communication and a teamfirst attitude
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual, and safetyfocused

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
