Civil General Foreman - Nevada Projects

We're seeking an experienced Civil General Foreman to join our team for upcoming projects throughout Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, values safety, and has a strong background in civil construction.

As a General Foreman, you'll lead a small crew while actively participating in the work. We offer a steady schedule of 6 days per week, 10-hour shifts, competitive wages, per diem, and travel pay for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a small field crew on civil construction projects
Serve as a safety leader, promoting and enforcing safe work practices on all job sites
Perform and oversee mine operation repairs, piping installations, concrete work, and skilled carpentry tasks
Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
Read, understand, and execute verbal and written instructions
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications

✅ Minimum 5 years of underground construction experience (MSHA 48 surface/underground)

✅ Strong experience in:

Concrete placement and finishing
Form setting
Carpentry
Civil construction projects
Communication
Read Blueprints

✅ Proven leadership experience supervising crews in the field

✅ Ability to work safely and efficiently in industrial and mining environments

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
