Project assignments and work locations will be discussed with the Manpower Coordinator following your application.

What You'll Do
Perform skilled concrete carpentry and finishing work on industrial construction projects.
Construct, install, and remove concrete forms according to project specifications.
Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and quality control.
Support the construction, maintenance, and repair of industrial facilities.
Serve as a Safety Leader on field service projects when required while actively performing construction duties.
Work collaboratively with crews to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Maintain a safe work environment and uphold all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Form Setter, or Concrete Finisher.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and materials.
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in industrial and field environments.
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
