NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLD BUILDERS (MONTANA)

Start Date: ASAP

Project Duration: 1 to 2 Years

Location: Montana (Travel Required)

Schedule: 60-84 Hours a Week

We are seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Builders for a long-term industrial project in Montana. Positions are available immediately for reliable, safety-minded individuals willing to travel.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: Hourly, based on experience.

Per Diem: $95/day (Paid 7 days a week).

Travel Pay: Applicable travel pay provided (Details discussed during interview).

Job Description
As an Industrial Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling temporary scaffolding structures at industrial job sites. You will ensure all scaffolding platforms meet OSHA and job-site safety standards to provide safe access for other site trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport, stage, and position scaffold materials across the job site.

Lay out, construct, and alter system scaffolds, tube and clamp, or frame scaffolding according to specs and drawings.

Inspect all components for defects, damage, and wear prior to assembly.

Secure scaffolding to structures using ties, anchors, and bracing.

Safely dismantle scaffolding and organize equipment for transport or storage.

Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols, including continuous fall protection measures.

Job Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of industrial scaffolding experience required.

Credentials: Valid TWIC Card required at the time of hire.

PPE Required: Must bring your own full-body harness with dual lanyards (ANSI approved) and full personal protective gear.

Tools Required: Must possess basic hand tools required for the trade (scaffold hammer, level, tape measure, adjustable wrench, frog leg/pouch, etc.).

Mobility: Must be willing to travel and relocate to project locations for the duration of the job.

Physical Demands: Able to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
