Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides clear direction to field leadership, oversees workforce and resource planning, and serves as the primary driver of project success from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all work activities are properly planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.
Provide clear leadership and direction to General Foremen and field teams to drive productivity and achieve project goals.
Proactively plan and coordinate labor, tools, equipment, materials, and resources to maintain project momentum and avoid delays.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial objectives.
Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular jobsite visits, walks, and take-offs to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
Foster accountability across project teams and take ownership of project outcomes, decisions, and performance.
Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Address project issues quickly and effectively to minimize risk and maintain project objectives.
Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed to ensure uninterrupted project operations and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects while balancing schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and take ownership of results.
Experience in construction operations, workforce management, and project planning preferred.
Commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
