Trillium Construction is now seeking a traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee Big Box retail and light industrial construction projects across the United States. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is direct-hire and paying a base salary between $120k - $165k!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily field operations from project kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while driving production to meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades.
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience managing Big Box retail construction projects.
- Experience with light industrial construction is required.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, OSHA regulations, and quality control practices.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Travel Requirements
- Must be willing to travel nationwide for project assignments.
- Ability to work extended hours as required by project schedules.
- Overnight travel is required.
