Mechanical Foremen & Mechanical Leads - Material Handling Installation | Nationwide Travel

ASBECO is seeking experienced Mechanical Foremen and Mechanical Leads for conveyor and material handling system installation projects throughout the United States. $30-$34/hr

Purpose
Responsible for leading field crews in the installation, adjustment, repair, and completion of conveyor and material handling systems while ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to ASBECO standards.

Responsibilities
-Lead mechanical conveyor installation crews
-Oversee conveyor and material handling equipment installation
-Coordinate daily manpower and field activities
-Ensure work meets ASBECO quality and safety standards
-Oversee conveyor detailing activities
-Ensure required documentation, reports, and logs are completed
-Read and work from drawings, schematics, layouts, and installation plans
-Assign, prioritize, and delegate daily crew activities
-Identify and resolve field installation issues
-Maintain productivity and a professional, safety-focused jobsite

Requirements
-Minimum 8+ years of direct conveyor/material handling installation experience
-Foreman candidates must have demonstrated experience supervising mechanical crews
-Lead candidates must have demonstrated experience leading conveyor installation activities
-Must be a working Foreman/Lead
-Must be able to read drawings and schematics
-Must be reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
-Must be willing and able to travel extensively nationwide
