LONG-TERM STRUCTURAL STICK WELDING OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring stick welders who are proficient in structural welding for a long-term project beginning September 14, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established leader in the conveyor installation industry while learning a specialized trade that is in demand across distribution, manufacturing, and material-handling facilities nationwide.

Selected employees will gain valuable hands-on experience in conveyor installation while working alongside experienced industry professionals. For dependable welders who perform well, this position could provide a pathway to continued opportunities within the conveyor installation industry after the project is completed.

Position Details
• Location: Shrewsbury, MA
• Project duration: Approximately 22–26 months
• Start date: September 14, 2026
• Schedule: Approximately 58 hours per week
• Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Daily per diem: $125 per day (Paid 7 days per week)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel to the project

Qualifications
• Experience with stick welding/SMAW
• Ability to weld in multiple positions, including vertical and overhead
• Ability to produce safe, consistent, and quality welds
• Dependable and willing to work the required schedule
• Willingness to learn other mechanical trades
• Able to work safely in an active industrial construction environment
• Interested in learning the conveyor installation industry
• Welding school graduates and experienced welders are encouraged to apply

This is not a short-term assignment. Qualified employees will have the opportunity to work on a major project expected to last nearly two years or longer, develop specialized conveyor installation experience, and build a foundation for a career in a growing industrial sector.
