Electrical Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, mentor crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You'll Do

Lead Field Operations
Direct daily jobsite activities and maintain production schedules.
Anticipate manpower needs and coordinate schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
Identify potential issues early and implement solutions before they impact progress.

Manage and Develop Crews
Assign and oversee daily work activities.
Track attendance and ensure crews are productive and accountable.
Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices, helping build the next generation of electricians.

Review Plans & Solve Problems
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Identify design conflicts and coordinate resolutions before they become costly delays.
Ensure installations meet project requirements, quality standards, and code compliance.

Champion Safety
Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Enforce MSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Promote a culture where safety is always the top priority.

Manage Materials & Resources
Coordinate material deliveries to ensure crews have what they need when they need it.
Track missing or delayed materials and communicate shortages promptly.
Help control labor and material costs by planning ahead and reducing downtime.

Communicate with Team
Provide regular progress updates to Project Managers.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.
Represent the company professionally on all job sites.

What We're Looking For
8+ years of electrical construction experience
2+ years of Foreman or supervisory experience
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Experience leading crews and managing daily field operations
Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safe work practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic electrical hand tools

Journeyman Electrician Certification preferred but not required
