Traveling Construction Laborer

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Job Description:

Travel to construction project sites throughout Kansas.
Assist with site preparation, excavation, demolition, and general labor tasks.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform concrete work, grading, trenching, and cleanup duties as assigned.
Support skilled trades workers with carpentry, concrete, and construction activities.
Maintain a clean and safe job site while following company safety procedures.
Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments.
Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and project completion tasks.
Travel regularly and work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Kansas.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
Valid driver's license preferred.
