SOLAR SKILLED LABORER - $27-$30/HR + $100 PER DIEM

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Solar Skilled Laborers in Yerington, NV!

We are looking for dependable, physically fit Skilled Laborers to join a solar construction project in Yerington, Nevada. This position involves heavy lifting, outdoor work, and installing solar panels on canopy structures.

PAY: $27-$30/HR DOE
PER DIEM: $100/day worked for lodging
LOCATION: Yerington, NV 89447
PROJECT LENGTH: 3 days of work
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor construction site

JOB DUTIES
Lift solar panels overhead and place them onto solar canopies
Work from lifts approximately 6 feet off the ground
Assist with positioning, staging, and handling solar panels and materials
Perform heavy lifting throughout the workday
Work safely with the crew to complete the project efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all jobsite safety requirements and supervisor instructions
Perform other skilled labor and construction tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Previous construction, solar, or skilled labor experience preferred
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive physical work
Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be comfortable working from lifts approximately 6 feet high
Reliable transportation to the jobsite
Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
Must be able to commute daily to the jobsite
Strong commitment to safety
PER DIEM

$100 per diem for each day worked is approved for lodging.

This is a 3-day solar project offering competitive hourly pay plus per diem for lodging.
