Trillium Construction is hiring experienced Journeyman Industrial Pipefitters for a major project at the Rand-Whitney paper mill.

Job Details

Location: Montville, CT
Start: Monday, August 31, 2026
Duration: 2-3 months
Pay: $40/hr.
Per Diem: $130/day all 7 days if you work the schedule
Schedule: 5/10s for the first 4 weeks, then 7/12s during the October shutdown
Significant overtime available
Duties

Prefabricate and install industrial piping
Measure, cut, fit, and install pipe
Read isometric drawings, blueprints, and piping plans
Perform fabrication and installation with minimal supervision
Assist with October tie-in to the existing production line
Follow all safety requirements
Requirements

7+ years of industrial pipefitting experience
Strong industrial/manufacturing experience
Proficient with isometric drawings and blueprints
Required hand tools in a lockable gang box (no tool bags)
Required PPE
Pass pre-employment requirements and drug screening
Complete online safety training
Reliable and able to work the full project schedule
