Commercial Electricians – Data Center Project FL, AL, GA and SC

Performance Personnel Services is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians for a large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical construction project in FL, AL, GA and SC. We are looking for skilled electricians with experience in conduit installation, cable tray systems, cable pulling, and large commercial construction projects.
This project offers long-term opportunities with both day and night shift schedules available.
Position Responsibilities
- Install and build ladder cable tray systems
- Pull large feeder and distribution cable, including MC 660 cable
- Run, bend, and install 3"–4" conduit
- Run, bend, and install 6" underground conduit
- Install electrical equipment, panels, switchgear, transformers, and devices
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Install and terminate electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and testing as needed
- Work safely while maintaining production and quality standards
- Follow OSHA, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Experience on large commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects
- Strong conduit bending and installation skills
- Experience pulling large electrical cable
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with NEC requirements and safe work practices
- Reliable transportation and ability to work required schedules
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Center or Mission Critical project experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- NFPA 70E Certification
- Experience with MC 660 cable installations
- Experience with ladder cable tray systems
- Experience with underground duct bank installations
- Journeyman Electrician License (where applicable)
Leadership Opportunities Available Bilingual Electrical Foreman (English/Spanish)
- Experience leading electrical crews
- Ability to coordinate manpower, production, and safety
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Data Center experience preferred
Bilingual Journeyman Electrician (English/Spanish)
- Journeyman-level electrical experience
- Ability to assist with crew leadership and field coordination
- Strong conduit, cable pulling, and installation experience
- Ability to communicate with English and Spanish-speaking team members
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Work in active commercial construction environments
