Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a new data center construction project in Benton, LA.

We are looking for dependable operators with 3-5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment in a commercial construction environment. Operators will be safely operating, loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment.

Pay & Schedule:

Monday through Saturday
10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM � 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Approximately 50 hours per week
$36.00/hour
$120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.
Long-term project opportunity
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Experience operating multiple types of equipment, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers
Ability to provide proof of NCCER or other industry-recognized equipment training certification.
OSHA-10
Experience supporting commercial construction.
Ability to travel and work extended hours
