- Grader Operators: $40–$48/hr
- Crane Operators: $50–$61/hr
- Truck Drivers (Dump/Lowboy): $32–$42/hr
- Laborers/Erosion Control: $22–$30/hr
LEAD Staffing is building an operator bench for two large-scale civil construction projects ramping up over the next several months, one project in Augusta, GA and one in Dayton, OH. If you run heavy equipment and are looking for long-duration, high-hour work with a real project runway, we want to hear from you now.
What we're staffing for:
• Off-road articulated dump trucks (30–45-ton class)
• Dozer, Excavator, Grader, Loader, Backhoe operators
• Crane operators
• Roller and Water Truck operators
• Erosion & sediment control crews and laborers
Project snapshot:
• Large-scale mission-critical earthwork/civil scopes
• Ongoing opportunities depending on project
• Travel positions available including competitive hourly pay/per diem/lodging support
• Long-term work: these are multi-month, high-volume ramp-ups, not short-term fill-ins
Who we're looking for:
• Operators with verifiable experience on the specific equipment class you run
• Willingness to travel and stay through a multi-month ramp-up
• Comfortable on large, active civil sites with heavy equipment traffic
