STARTS ASAP

PAY & PER DIEM

• Electrical General Foreman: $50–$55/hr + $260/day per diem (per day worked)
• Electrical Foreman: $45–$50/hr + $260/day per diem (per day worked)
• Journeyman Electrician: $40–$45/hr + $115/day per diem (per day worked)
• Electrical Apprentice: $22–$32/hr DOE + $115/day per diem (per day worked)
• Overtime opportunities available based on project schedule

Per diem is available to eligible traveling employees and is paid for days worked only. Work schedules and overtime may vary throughout the project.

All candidates will be considered individually and must meet applicable position and employment requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for commercial electricians with experience in:

• EMT and rigid conduit installation and bending
• Electrical and conduit layout
• Pulling and terminating conductors
• Feeders and branch circuits
• Panels and transformers
• Electrical equipment installation and connections
• Reading and working from electrical drawings and specifications
• Commercial electrical construction
• Working safely and productively as part of a crew

GENERAL FOREMAN & FOREMAN

Leadership candidates should have strong commercial electrical experience and previous experience leading electrical crews.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading and coordinating electrical crews
• Planning manpower and daily work activities
• Performing and overseeing electrical layout
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
• Coordinating materials, tools, and equipment
• Monitoring productivity and workmanship
• Coordinating with project management and other trades
• Identifying and resolving field installation issues
• Planning upcoming work to maintain crew productivity
• Maintaining jobsite safety and quality standards

JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS

Journeyman candidates should be experienced commercial electricians capable of working independently with limited supervision.

Experience should include:

• Bending and installing EMT and rigid conduit
• Electrical layout
• Pulling and terminating conductors
• Installing feeders and branch circuits
• Panels, transformers, devices, and electrical equipment
• Reading electrical drawings
• Electrical equipment connections and terminations
• Troubleshooting electrical systems

Journeymen with previous Lead Electrician or crew leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

ELECTRICAL APPRENTICES

Apprentices of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Commercial electrical or construction experience is preferred.

Apprentices will work alongside experienced Journeymen and Foremen performing commercial electrical installations including conduit, wire pulls, devices, feeders, branch circuits, panels, transformers, and electrical equipment.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and productively
• Ability and willingness to work overtime when required
• Valid driver's license
• Appropriate electrical license or registration as required
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

TRAVELING ELECTRICIANS

Qualified electricians from Texas and surrounding states, as well as experienced travelers nationwide, who are willing to travel to Barstow, TX are encouraged to apply.

Per diem is available to eligible traveling employees based on company eligibility requirements and is paid for days worked only.
