Skilled Commercial Carpenters Needed – Indianapolis, IN

TalentLogistiX is hiring experienced Skilled Carpenters for commercial construction and renovation projects throughout Indianapolis 

Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
Pay: $32-40/hr + OT + Per Diem
Per Diem: Available for qualifying travel assignments located more than 50 miles from the primary work location
Start: Based on project availability

Job Duties:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, frame, install, and repair building materials
• Install framing, doors, trim, cabinetry, and related structures
• Complete drywall, siding, flooring, and general finish work as needed
• Handle repairs, modifications, and punch-list work
• Safely operate common hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of commercial carpentry experience
• At least three years of blueprint-reading experience
• Strong layout, measuring, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with common carpentry tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and uneven surfaces
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Willingness to travel for select projects is a plus
