Workify Staffing is seeking experienced Structural Welders for a long-term project in Ohio. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady work, competitive pay, and daily per diem.

Position Overview:

Structural Welders will perform welding and fabrication work on structural steel while following project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Perform structural steel welding and fabrication
* Weld in multiple positions as required
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
* Perform fit-up and layout as needed
* Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
* Follow all project and jobsite safety requirements
* Work efficiently as part of a construction crew

Qualifications:

* Previous structural welding experience required
* Strong knowledge of structural steel welding
* Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
* Comfortable completing a weld test if required
* Must have appropriate welding PPE and tools
* Must be dependable and able to commit to the full 6 to 8 month project

Compensation:

* Up to $35/hour DOE
* $178/day per diem
* Long-term 6 to 8 month project
* Expected to start in approximately in 2 weeks
