Construction of a new melt shop and caster for a steel mill. This is industrial concrete work requiring experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction environments.

Project Details
Start Date: Earliest start is 09/08/2026
Schedule: 6 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Duration: Minimum 2 months
Opportunity: Strong performers will be considered for upcoming projects after completion
Pay: $27/hour
Per Diem: $100 per day worked
Location: El Paso, TX

Requirements:
Industrial concrete experience preferred
English or Spanish speaking candidates welcome
Must pass a 10-panel rapid urine drug screen
Must have OSHA 10 Construction Certification (any issue date accepted)

Site Requirements
Before beginning work, all personnel must:
Complete site safety orientation
Complete site-specific training
Provide proof of a passing 10-panel urine rapid drug screen
Provide OSHA 10 Construction certification
