We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager in Boise, ID to help oversee safety on an industrial gas plant project for the next 3 months! The Safety Manager will oversee site safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA and company requirements, conduct inspections and audits, lead safety meetings and training, and work closely with project management and field personnel to identify and mitigate hazards.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial construction safety experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices
- Experience conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety training
- Ability to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
