Hiring for Electricians of all Levels

Industrial Electrical Professionals
We are seeking skilled electrical professionals for a large-scale industrial construction project. Opportunities are available for multiple experience levels, from apprentices through site leadership. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active construction environment and committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical construction duties appropriate to the assigned position and experience level
  • Install conduit, wiring, cable trays, panels, switchgear, and related electrical equipment
  • Assist with layout, underground work, rough-in, equipment installation, and project startup activities
  • Read and follow blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Coordinate with electrical crews, project leadership, and other trades
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety procedures
  • Use ladders, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and fall-protection equipment when authorized
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete assigned work according to project schedules and quality standards
General Requirements
  • Electrical construction experience appropriate to the position
  • Familiarity with industrial, commercial, or large-scale construction environments
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safe work practices
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Required hand tools and jobsite PPE
  • OSHA, lift, fall-protection, or trade certifications as required by the position and project
  • Ability to lift, climb, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying site and weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications by Position
  • Electrical Apprentice: Entry-level through approximately four years of electrical construction experience. Enrollment in or completion of part of a recognized apprenticeship program is preferred. Candidates should understand basic tools, materials, conduit installation, wire pulling, and jobsite safety.
  • Journeyman Electrician: Approximately four or more years of electrical construction experience or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program. Candidates should be able to read drawings, perform layout, install electrical systems, troubleshoot basic issues, and work independently with limited supervision. A current journeyman license is preferred where applicable.
  • Electrical Foreman: Approximately five or more years of electrical construction experience, including at least one to two years leading crews. Candidates should be able to plan daily work, assign manpower, track productivity, coordinate materials, enforce safety requirements, and ensure installations meet project drawings and quality standards.
  • Electrical Superintendent: Approximately eight or more years of electrical construction experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or project-leadership role. Candidates should have experience managing multiple crews or foremen, coordinating schedules and manpower, overseeing safety and quality, planning project execution, and communicating with project management, clients, and other trades.
Additional Preferred Experience
  • Large-scale industrial or heavy commercial construction
  • Underground electrical systems and rough-in work
  • Rigid and EMT conduit installation
  • Large conduit systems
  • Cable trays, panels, switchgear, controls, and equipment installations
  • Blueprint reading, layout, testing, commissioning, and startup activities
  • Crew leadership, manpower planning, scheduling, and trade coordination
Work Environment
  • Active industrial construction site
  • Fast-paced environment with possible overtime
  • Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Work may involve heights, uneven surfaces, active equipment, and changing project demands
Tools and PPE
  • Basic Electrical hand tools 
  • Battery-operated tools preferred
  • Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and other site-required PPE
