Trillium Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator near Falmouth, MI who has hands-on experience with multiple types of equipment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
� Safely operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, graders, water trucks, cranes, and dump trucks.
� Perform site work including digging, grading, trenching, hauling, and material placement as directed by supervisors.
� Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre- and post-use) to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
� Perform basic preventative maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
� Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times.
� Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
� Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and other duties as needed to support project operations.

Pay: Up to $32
Per Diem: $178 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
� Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial environment.
� Proficiency with equipment such as backhoes, dozers, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks.
� Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and job site hazards.
� Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
� Experience with Caterpillar (CAT) and John Deere equipment is preferred.
� Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
� Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
� Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
