PIPEFITTER – 1 WEEK SHUTDOWN

Project Dates: October 1–7, 2026
Pay: $38.00/hour
Per Diem: $150/day
Schedule: 10-hour days
Saturday: Time and a half
Sunday: Double time

We are currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a one-week industrial shutdown project at a plant in Towanda, Pennsylvania. This is a short-term opportunity with strong hourly pay, daily per diem, and premium overtime rates.

Job Duties:

Perform industrial pipefitting during a plant shutdown
Install, remove, repair, and modify piping systems
Read and interpret piping drawings, blueprints, and isometric drawings
Measure, cut, bevel, and fit pipe and components
Perform layout and fit-up for piping systems
Work safely in an active industrial plant environment
Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
Requirements:

Previous industrial pipefitting experience
Ability to read and work from drawings and isometric prints
Experience with plant shutdowns preferred
Must have required basic PPE and be able to work 10-hour shifts
Must be dependable and available for the full project duration
Compensation:

$38/hour straight time
$150 per diem for each day worked
Saturday paid at 1.5x
Sunday paid at 2x
10-hour workdays
Project runs October 1 through October 7, 2026
