HVAC Technician's needed for work in the Childress TX area.

Pay: 32.00 to 65.00 an hour BOE
Schedule: 7 days/week | 12-hour shifts
Shifts: Day & Night positions available
Housing: Company-provided housing
Food: $60/day food allowance

Position Summary
is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to support operations at the IREN Data Center in Childress, Texas. Technicians will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of HVAC and critical cooling equipment in a mission-critical data-center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and associated mechanical equipment.
Work with air-handling units, cooling equipment, pumps, fans, compressors, and related systems.
Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure, and equipment performance.
Troubleshoot HVAC controls and BMS-integrated equipment.
Assist with chilled-water and hydronic cooling systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and leak detection as required.
Respond to equipment alarms, failures, and emergency maintenance situations.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
Support equipment startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover.
Follow all site safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE, OSHA, and other applicable procedures.
Work collaboratively with chiller, controls, electrical, mechanical, and data-center operations teams.
Participate in 12-hour day or night shifts and weekend/holiday coverage as required.
Ideal Candidate

Experienced commercial, industrial, or mission-critical HVAC technician.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Experience with large-scale HVAC and cooling systems.
Experience with chilled-water/hydronic systems preferred.
BMS/controls experience preferred.
Data-center, hospital, manufacturing, semiconductor, power-generation, or other mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
EPA 608 certification preferred.
