Trillium Construction is currently seeking experienced Boiler Tube Welders for a shutdown project in Newburgh, NY. This position is ideal for welders with strong TIG and Stick welding experience who are comfortable performing both fabrication and repair work in an industrial environment.

Scope of Work
Replace (2) small waterwall tube panels consisting of approximately 8 tubes per panel (viewport replacements)
Remove, cut, prep, and install miscellaneous valves ranging from 1" standard wall to 4" heavy wall
Repair and weld economizer header tube stubs (approximately 10)
Perform tube and valve fit-up, preparation, and welding
Work safely and efficiently in a power plant/shutdown environment
Assist with general shutdown and non-welding duties as needed
Compensation
? Pay: $33 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
? Per Diem: $125 per day + hotel provided

Schedule
Monday - Saturday (Saturday will automatically be overtime)
Sunday as needed (will be double time)
Qualifications
? TIG and Stick welding experience required
? Ability to cut, prep, fit, and weld tubes and valves
? Willingness to assist with general shutdown and non-welding duties as needed
? Must own basic welding tools
? Valid identification required for plant access
? Reliable transportation
