Pay will be $19-22/hr working 60+ hours a week
All travel and lodging expenses are covered
$46 a day for food expenses
Need to be able to be on the road for multiple weeks at a time
Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking, safety-conscious Traveling Construction Laborers to support oil and gas infrastructure projects. This position involves extensive travel and hands-on field work assisting with excavation, pipeline support, site preparation, grading, and general construction activities. Successful candidates will be reliable team players who are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist crews with site preparation, excavation, trenching, and grading activities.
Perform general labor duties for oil and gas construction projects.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Support pipeline installation, maintenance, and related groundwork operations.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist with erosion control, restoration, and cleanup activities.
Follow all company, customer, and OSHA safety requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work alongside equipment operators, welders, and foremen to complete projects on schedule.
Participate in daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
Travel frequently and stay near project sites as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding labor.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Preferred
Previous construction, pipeline, utility, civil, or oil and gas experience.
Experience working around heavy equipment.
Equipment operation experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials and equipment.
Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
Ability to work long hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional night shifts when project demands require.
