Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Traveling Electricians to join our team for work on a large-scale Amazon Distribution Center project in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is ideal for electricians who enjoy traveling, working on industrial and commercial construction projects, and contributing to the successful completion of high-profile facilities. Once this project is complete you will have the opportunity to travel to a new project.

The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while adhering to all project specifications, safety standards, and electrical codes.

Responsibilities
Install conduit, cable tray, wire, and electrical components throughout the facility.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
Install and terminate low-voltage and high-voltage equipment.
Mount and connect panels, transformers, switchgear, and distribution equipment.
Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with NEC standards, site safety requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Required:
Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or verifiable equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Experience bending and installing EMT, rigid conduit, and cable tray systems.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to travel and work extended hours, including overtime when required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
Experience working in distribution centers, warehouses, data centers, or large-scale industrial facilities.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Experience with conveyor systems, automation, or material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to climb ladders, work from lifts, and work at heights.
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in varying weather and construction site conditions.
