SOLAR CONSTRUCTION LABORERS – RAEFORD, NC

TradeForce Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Solar Construction Laborers for a utility-scale solar project in Raeford, North Carolina. This project is expected to continue through the first week of December.

***MUST HAVE CURRENT OSHA CERTIFICATION***

Project Information:
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Raeford, NC 28376
• Project duration: Through approximately the first week of December
• Personal protective equipment will be provided at the job site
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• $85.00 per day on days worked

Schedule:
• Five 10-hour shifts per week
• Potential to increase to six 10-hour shifts within the next few weeks
• Overtime available based on the project schedule

Requirements:
• Previous solar construction experience
• Current OSHA certification
• Ability to complete a 10-panel drug test within five days of the start date
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
