Trillium Construction is now hiring Pipe Welders for fab shop work in Hammond, LA!

Pipe Welders will be MIG welding carbon steel pipe in a fabrication shop environment. Welders will be working 7 days per week, approximately 9-10 hours per day.

Candidates with a current 6G MIG weld test are preferred. Welders without a current test will have the opportunity to test in the shop. The weld test will consist of MIG welding 6" Schedule 80 carbon steel pipe in the 6G position and will include a bend test.

Qualifications:

Previous MIG pipe welding experience
Experience welding carbon steel pipe
Ability to pass a 6G MIG weld test on 6" Schedule 80 carbon steel pipe
Ability to pass a bend test
Current 6G MIG weld test preferred, but not required
Must be able to work the required project schedule
Ability to complete pre-employment screenings
Start: ASAP
Payrate: $36/hour
Per Diem: $120/day paid all 7 days with no missed shifts.
