Trillium Construction is seeking PEMB Ironworkers for a project in Belgrade, MN.

Key Responsibilities
� Install metal wall panels and related building components.
� Hang and install building materials and components according to project plans.
� Install MR24 standing seam roofing systems.
� Erect and stand traditional bolt-up structural steel columns.
� Assist with structural steel framing, bracing, and connections.
� install metal panels associated wiring components.
� Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, rigging equipment, and other construction equipment safely.
� Read and follow construction drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
� Perform interior construction work when weather prevents exterior work.

Pay: $38
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 50h+ / week

Qualifications
� 5+ years of experience
� Must be okay with working in and dressing for cold weather.
� OSHA 10 Certification

Attendance & Reliability
� Reliable attendance is an essential job requirement.
� Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and communicate with supervision regarding legitimate absences.
� Normal minor illnesses or cold symptoms are not, by themselves, a reason to routinely miss scheduled work; however, employees must follow company safety policies regarding illness and communicable conditions.
� Crews are expected to remain productive during changing weather conditions whenever safe work is available.
� Rain days do not automatically mean the workday is canceled. Employees may be assigned to interior work, material preparation, cleanup, or other productive tasks when exterior work cannot be performed safely.
