Electrician - Retail Remodel (Walmart Supercenter)

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring experienced Electricians for Walmart Supercenter Retail Remodel projects. This is an excellent opportunity for electricians who can work independently, read blueprints, and perform retail electrical remodel work in an active store environment alongside an Electrical Helper. Long-term opportunities are available with temp-to-hire potential based on attendance and performance.

Job Details
Position: Electrician
Project Type: Walmart Supercenter Retail Remodel
Pay: $36/hr
Per Diem: $140/day
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9pm- 5:30am
Duration: Temp-to-hire opportunity
Project Length: 4 to 20 weeks per location, depending on project scope
Work Environment: Active retail store setting

Responsibilities
Work independently on retail electrical remodel projects
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical prints
Install conduit and MC cable
Pull, route, and terminate wire
Install and modify electrical circuits
Install and service panels and breakers
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Coordinate work with Electrical Helpers
Maintain a safe and productive jobsite
Complete additional remodel-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Previous commercial electrical experience required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical prints
Experience with conduit installation and wire pulling
Knowledge of panels, breakers, and circuit modifications
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to work safely in an active retail environment

Full set of electrical hand tools
Impact driver
Drill
Saw
