RampUp Labor is currently seeking numerous Traveling Fire Alarm / Access Control Techs for work throughout the nation. Please see specifics below

• Experience installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems in commercial environments
• Experience with Fire Alarm Systems is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and site maps
• Experience with voice and data cabling is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency with smartphones, computers, email, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Possession of basic low-voltage/telecom tools, PPE, and reliable transportation during training
• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems
• Running low voltage and composite cables in commercial buildings, including conduit work and concrete drilling
• Cutting in door strikes and maglocks as needed
• Completing all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to meet customer satisfaction and contractual requirements
• Collaborating with Installation Team Leads or Project Managers to manage schedules and equipment delivery
• Conducting system tests and troubleshooting to ensure full functionality and compliance with local, state, and federal codes
• Providing technical escalation support both on-site and remotely
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years)
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75–100%) and work flexible shifts, including overnight travel
• Must have reliable personal transportation for use during the initial training period; must be willing to attend a mandatory one-week, in-person technician orientation in Arkansas upon hire; orientation is scheduled shortly after hire based on the next available session, and a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of orientation

Pay: $30-$50/hour
Per Diem: $125.00/day or hotel provided plus $45.00/day
Hours: 50+
Duration: Long Term
Other Details: Must be willing to travel extensively including overnights and can be throughout the Lower 48 States.
