Synergy Labor Solutions is seeking 2 experienced Advanced Riggers for an industrial equipment installation project in De Soto, Kansas. We are looking for skilled riggers who can work independently, understand complex lifts, and have hands-on experience with industrial machinery and equipment installation.

PROJECT DETAILS

Location: De Soto, KS

Start Date: Thursday, October 15, 2026

Pay: $35.00/hr

Per Diem: $110/day

Openings: 2 Advanced Riggers

SCOPE OF WORK

Rigging, unloading, positioning, and setting industrial machinery and equipment

Assisting with AS/RS automated storage and retrieval system installation

Rack erection, rail installation, and equipment alignment

Inspecting rigging gear, calculating loads, and coordinating safe lifts

Working alongside millwrights, equipment operators, and installation crews

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced NCCER Rigger OR NCCCO Level II certifications REQUIRED

OSHA Construction certification REQUIRED

Proven hands-on industrial rigging experience

Experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts, and/or other aerial lifts

Must have required personal tools and PPE

Must pass background check and 10-panel drug screen

Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to mobilize
