Millwright Shutdown Project – Decatur, IL
Pay: $32–$35/hour

Per Diem: $115/day

Start Date: Arrive in Decatur on Sunday, November 1 and be ready to start at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM Monday, November 2

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Hours: 12–14 hour shifts, with 14-hour days likely

Openings: 5 Millwrights, with potential for additional openings
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Millwrights for a shutdown project in Decatur, IL. The initial shutdown will run Monday through Thursday. Strong workers may have the opportunity to continue working in Decatur or transition to additional work in Cedar Rapids.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and millwright work during an industrial shutdown
Install, repair, maintain, and work around conveyor systems
Assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical tasks
Work safely around industrial equipment and active construction areas
Perform work at heights as required
Qualifications
Millwright experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude considered for candidates with less direct millwright experience
Conveyor / welding experience 
Must be comfortable working at heights
Must be able to work 12–14 hour shifts
Must be available for the full Monday–Thursday shutdown
