MW4H is looking for a superintendent ASAP in Borger, TX for a temp-to-hire project. MUST be able to take and pass a drug screen. Five years Superintendent experience required. Oversees the entire project site, coordinating across all trades, project phases, and subcontractors to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Core Duties: Leads long-term master scheduling, 3-week look-ahead, trade sequencing, field logistics, material staging, and local building code compliance. Serves as the primary field liaison for client and Project Manager (PM) communication. Structure & Scope: Reports directly to the Project Manager or Executive; manages site supervisors, trade foremen, and field engineers. Directly commands field operations for large groups (50–100+ people) and multiple sub-teams across the jobsite, etc.
