MW4H is looking for a project manager ASAP in Borger, TX for a temp-to-hire project. MUST be able to take and pass a drug screen. Five years project management experience required. Plans, directs, and delivers capital construction projects from initial buyout and preconstruction through final occupancy. This role acts as the business lead for the project, holding 100% accountability for project financials, contract compliance, risk management, and the overall profit and loss (P&L) statement. Core Duties: Owns and manages the project budget, financial forecasting, owner billing, and subcontractor change management. Authors and awards trade subcontracts, manages requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals, coordinates long-lead material procurement, and partners with the Superintendent to establish the master timeline. Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders. Structure & Scope: Reports directly to the Project Executive, Director of Operations, or Vice President of Construction. Oversees and supports the field leadership team, including the Project Superintendent, Project Engineers, and Estimators. Manages the business execution of single large-scale builds or concurrently directs multiple mid-sized project portfolios from the corporate and field office, etc.
